Zar #Wlad beendet die Kampfhandlungen ohne Bedingungen.
Die Krim verbleibt für 50 Jahre unter russischer Verwaltung, so wie einst Hongkong unter britischer.
Die besetzten Gebiete werden unter UN Aufsicht gestellt.
Wie war das noch? Zar #Wlad hatte die Waffenruhe für russisches Territorium ausgeschlossen. Jetzt sind Angriffe dort trotzdem ein Bruch der Waffenruhe?
