The second is labeled "Hormonal/medical treatments" and is described as being safer overall, bringing softer breast tissue, being a bit saggy in larger sizes, taking longer, and recommended for most. Visually, his breasts are large and generally pulled down by gravity alongside being measured at 115. His naturally inverted nipples still remain hidden. The third and final test is labeled as "anomalous enhancement" Its described as varying in methods such as mystical, medical, etc. Its also highly discouraged, causes firmer breasts, induces lactation, highly unpredictable, causes potentially unwanted sexual stimuli, could cause unexpected continued growth, and is much faster than the previous process. Visually, the breasts look much more exaggerated. They are reddened and much rounder slightly in part to their increased firmness. They are leaked breast milk profusely, and Porterhouse appears to be much more flustered by the new changes. The final measurement reads 140cm.
As an aside, Porterhouse's eyebrows were drawn in this drawing as it was the first. Porterhouse's eyebrows become obscured in later drawings.
