Not a cheery or picturesque walk today, but went to have a look at the ongoing demolition of #Woodchurch Community Centre and Swimming baths.
I've attached a pros / cons table, but my personal thoughts are that sadly, the social, financial and criminal costs are likely to vastly outweigh savings.🤷♂️
