More than 51,000 workers receive progressive salary benefits until Dec 31 – Khairul Firdaus KUALA LUMPUR: The Dewan Negara session today was told that 51,363 workers had received benefits under the Progressive Wage Policy (DGP) as of Dec 31 last year, Deputy Minister of Human Resources, Datuk Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan said that, during the same period, of the 5,910 employers who applied to participate in the initiative, 83.4 percent or 4,025 employers had implemented salary increases in accordance with the DGP incentive conditions.
