Next is Sameera Gayan, showing us why leaders should aim to be the dumbest in the room. One approach is to ask targeted questions (“Can you help me understand your thinking here? I’m a visual person…”) to get team to visualise a solution and get clarity, which will help them move faster. #YOWTLS25
I really like this point: When you join a new org as a manager, you have about a month for “Sorry not sorry,” where you can get away with stuff because they’ve invested so much time/effort in hiring you. Use it wisely. #YOWTLS25
