Early 90s, Seattle, he was touring with Buddy Guy & I opened up. My band was the #Yarddogs
Paul came up to me & said “my wife wasn’t gonna let me go do this show cuz she heard that the #Yardbirds were opening, & she didn’t want me anywhere near them”.

I opened up for these guys a couple times.
The bass player perpetually had a little Godzilla toy on his base Amp.

I thought I was tripping balls. I’d watch the little monster dance because of the vibrations.
