I feel sick. Stomach upset. Definitely something I ate yesterday had animal product in it. Ate at the #Yardhousen. #Gardein sandwich w/avocado no aioli no cheese. Halfway thru realized the bun seemed greasy. Had to be butter 😡 . Greasy slick taste in my mouth. I feel awful! Physically & in my heart💔
