#Yoga3112 Re my gripe abt using gendered terms for period-related practices is cuz a lot of the teachers get weirdly/borderline TERF-y (IME.)

All kinds of folks menstruate. Avoiding using gendered terms is super easy (and it's the cool thing to do.) And I'm saying this a cis woman, btw.
