A budget 50mm prime for Z and E mount users, my test of the Yongnuo 50mm F1.8 II is up on YouTube. In particular Z mount needed a very affordable prime 50mm, and this seems to fit that well.

I used to walk by this PATH station all the time by my old job and never really took a look at it until I picked up my 5D. Especially with the light at the time, I knew that it would look great in B&W. It just gives off this old-timey #noir feeling.

Another cutie from my walk in mid-January! This little gal was very wiggly, so instead of a posed shot, it was easier (and better) to get her mid-hop. With the weather warming, I'm excited to get more chances to capture more #dogs.

Last act at @cringecompnyc’s #FNAF #drag show was Soraya Sis (@goodsis). I recognized them as Foxy the Pirate. Their set left the audience at @wondervillenyc on a high note. I'll definitely be heading out to more shows by Cringe Compilation!

Next up at @cringecompnyc’s #FNAF #drag show is Rixaka Cringeworth (@queenxcringe). Her moves were killer. The audience at @wondervillenyc really gave her a lot of energy back.

The next performer that I saw at @wondervillenyc and co-host of @cringecompnyc’s #FNAF #drag show is Sour Somethings (@mx.soursoursour). I think they were another one of the animatronics, or at least had one on their hand. Really liked the outfit too!

I went to Wonderville and caught Cringe Comp's #FNAF drag show.
First up was Maude Addams. Didn't know the character, but their performance was a great way to get the show started!

The #BodegaCat was a unique energy to pull you in. It'll definitely get me to stop and at least take a picture. This friendly little guy was patiently waiting outside the shop by the subway steps. Probably taking his 15 before going back to work.

Going back to #BlackAndWhite is like visiting an old friend. It lets me focus on form, tone, and texture. I wouldn't say it's easier, but it narrows my focus. Adding #snow as a factor was a fun experience and I hope to do use it more in the future.

I like shooting in #CentralPark because of the visual variety. Walk a couple of minutes and you'll find something new and fun. I can't wait for the flowers in the conservatory #garden to bloom again to recreate this shot with more life.
