We’re excited to announce that 🎣fishing line recycling stations have now been installed at four convenient locations around the ponds at #yorklandsgreenhub! These stations help protect the local ecosystem by giving anglers a way to dispose of used fishing line, which poses serious risks to wildlife.
Recently the province issued a call for contractors to demolish the century-old wooden trestle bridge, citing increased structural deterioration.
Join #yorklandsgreenhub for a special walk to the bridge and give the send-off or reprieve it deserves. See you on June 29!
