It’s been weeks since I stopped watching YouTube excessively, and I’m having withdrawals. I’ve been addicted to YouTube since I was in 6th grade (ish?), and I’m 23. Back then, being addicted to screens wasn‘t taken as seriously as it is now.

Been on the #youtubeboycott since the 13th. Barring basic training and being grounded as a teen in the late 00's, this is probably the longest I've gone without, as I was using it since year one. Honestly, the break is kinda nice and is helping me do other stuff.

I'm still not watching #YouTube and TBH, it's been pretty great. Yeah I'm missing out on things I would otherwise not be, but I don't really care. Money talks, and continuing the #YoutubeBoycott means that they keep losing money. I do really suggest finding alternatives to YT. #privacy is important
