New Jedi Order was the last Star Wars books I've read and the series was excellent but also heart breaking (due to the fate of key characters). If Disney would have closely followed the extended universe, I would love it. But we can't have nice things so here we are. The inspiration for this project starts with Vector Prime, the first book in the New Jedi Order series of the extended universe. Initially created using ArtRage, I ran into a problem with blending colors in the later stages. Sometimes, in simulating real oils, ArtRage can become counter intuitive but ironically, using real life oils can also be counter intuitive if you error so that's actually a testament to how good ArtRage actually is. For the purposes of this project, it was completed using Rebelle based on the ArtRage produced original. ArtRage's oil simulation is among the best I've used especially when compared to real oils but Rebelle's oils are simply easier to work with.
