Another driver comes out to claim that parking here is fine because she works here. Nope. Literally not the case. I do not care what your name is, how much money you have, or who you have in your contacts list. The rules are the rules and they apply to you. Full stop. #ZEROVisionDC #LifeInMVT

Just gonna say for the umpteenth time @mayorbowser.bsky.social: Connecticut Ave would be a far safer and more functional street with a protected bike lane and dedicated pickup/drop-off zones than with the clusterf*ck of on-street parking it currently has.

That said: it speaks volumes about Mayor Bowser's capability at her job that the Republicans who introduced this bill would name it after her.

(Spoiler: in my eyes and experience she's not a good Mayor for DC, especially in these trying times.)

Seriously, the way the roads were plowed last week in the District is a disgrace any way you look at it. While I applaud that DDOT was out there first thing clearing the protected bike lanes, DPW's later "plow" job (and I use that term loosely) undid all the good work. Truly #ZeroVisionDC at work.

Might move a public garbage can 4 feet later because some people are getting way too comfortable driving on the sidewalk. #DC #ZEROVisionDC
