Coroner can't rule out officer's racism contributed in Kumanjayi Walker's death Northern Territory Coroner Elisabeth Armitage has handed down her long-awaited findings from an inquest into the 2019 police shooting death of Kumanjayi Walker in Yuendumu.

Judge Armitage found former constable #Zachary_Rolfe, who fired the fatal shots, "was racist", and that she could not exclude the possibility that those attitudes "were a contributing cause of #Kumanjayi_Walker ‘s death"
