Today I completed my author’s course for early-career researchers and PhD students at our university. We focused on things that are often missing from formal curricula: how to design a study that does not fall apart halfway, how to work with scholarly sources, and how to keep coherence between research questions, methods, and results.
For me, this course was about sharing practical experience of real research – with doubts, deadlines, and learning through mistakes. I hope it became one small step toward a more conscious and sustainable research path for the participants.

Finished my course for early-career researchers & PhD students today. 👩‍🔬 We talked about what #PhD programs often skip: how to design research that holds together, work with sources, and survive doubts, deadlines, and real science. #PhDlife #ResearchTraining #AcademicSkills #UniversityLife

Critical Thinking Is a Radical Act — Even in an Essay “Most students are taught to pass. Few are taught to question.” That’s the real problem with university assessment. Critical thinking isn’t just a skill — it’s a political act. And in a system design

6. Thinking critically isn’t about being edgy. It’s about being *engaged*.
