Layered Tres Leches Cake Recipe This is one of my favorite layered Tres Leches cakes. Amazing! This tres leches cake is super moist, not too sweet and incredibly satisfying.

A lovely second attempt at sourdough! Actually having a dutch oven makes things go smoother! It was a bit gummy inside, but I think to resolve that issue I just need to bake for a bit longer and allow it to cool for many hours instead of just one. I was excited

Not the best photo but my only photo. These are the loaves from my first attempt at making sourdough without a dutch oven. I used the method that uses a sheet pan of water to create steam. These turned out very dense and gummy.

I made salted butterflake rolls! This was a test run for Thanksgiving and I think they turned out well taste and texture wise! I might have to revise the shape; though, I think what I need to adjust is that I just need to be cleaner during assembly

I saw a video about tasty looking sandwiches in Italy and had to make the bread. Schiacciata! It's like focaccia but with not as much oil. 10/10 bread for a sandwich. I make this almost every week (or I at least try to)

When I started playing ACNH again, and I got the pretzel recipe and decided to make them in real life as well!! Genuinely not all that hard to make. This was the first time I've boiled dough!

Home made pizza dough! The first was made with all purpose flour while the second one was majority whole wheat flour. I'm still not very good at getting the pizza off the peel and onto the pizza stone

First time making strawberry rolls! I made strawberry jam for this using strawberries from the local strawberry patch! It turned out a bit tart, but that was due to me using less sugar and replacing some of it with sweetener

Also from the time I had a lot of egg yolks to go through, king cake! There's no little plastic baby in there, but perhaps I should have found something to put inside as a surprise

Challah! From the time I made a lot of macarons and needed to use up yolks. This was th first time I braided bread dough; turned out pretty okay I think!

Second attempt at pita bread! This time around it's made with majority whole wheat flour along with all purpose flour. I prefered the texture of these much more than my first attempt

My first attempt at pita bread! It's made with all purpose flour, not my favorite since it doesn't have as much texture as I'd prefer. However, it probably would have benefited from a slightly longer bake time. I was too afraid of burning them #acatbakes
