All mentoring is good, but I also think it is good to do mentoring with others who may have experienced similar challenges around being in a "minority" in their profession in some way. Participant 2025.

Serving as a facilitator was transformative—I deepened my understanding of action learning and gained invaluable insights from the diverse perspectives of the peers I mentored.
