This is just some concept art of Loonie blowing up like a balloon when they hold their breath. They actually become very light with their weight being dispersed throughout their whole body when they tense however as they relax they sound like a whoopee cushion which Jax would probably hit them just to decompress their "air" because it's funny. They also can deflect things a bit more with this ability but sharp objects are more likely to puncture, however the material is still rather stretchable
Loonie definitely shares a lot of their issues with Ragatha about wanting to make others happy and not hate them since they often struggle initiating conversations themselves because they're worried about messing up. Kinger understands it's hard transition for them and kind of has a similar talk with them about how relationships are two-sided and it doesn't make sense for one person to do all the heavy lifting. He actually would probably bring up Ragatha as a way of saying they're not alone. After all they don't hate Ragatha, she was nothing but nice to them and even Kinger used to hate himself for what he felt responsible for still they never hated him either, so.. why should they hate themselves? Even if they don't see it, others are bound to just like they did for everyone else. They don't have to try to be anyone but themselves and that's enough. They can just be.. just like they do.
Alright, this is the second to last burst of the art dump but bsky only lets me use four images for each post with about 200 characters but that's besides the point, I'm rambling.. Kinger is a very grounding force for Loonie even if he scares them sometimes.

Jax likes to mess with Loonie when he isn't already with Gangle since he gets more of a reaction out of them while they're too timid to actually do anything about it which to him is funny. Usually Ragatha or Zooble steps up for them.
