We need unions! I did #AmazonFlex 3rd party delivery driver. I was VERY well rated but because the poorly designed system saw I was not working about half the time, they fired me for not being there. Problem was, they'd send texts in the warehouse, to go home, paid. The email said no appeals. LOL

The gig economy runs on hidden rules. A new bill in the US Congress could help change that and start protecting the workers powering platforms like #Uber, #DoorDash & #AmazonFlex.
