The Flatbreads at Ambar Chicago were the same delicious house made pita as the dipping bread. We had a ground lamb and a mushroom. They were delicious! Next was meat & vegetables: Short Rib and Pork Shoulder; Eggplant Mousakka and Grilled Corn Ribs 😋

Ambar Chicago’s menu (see post 1) is divided into sections. It’s all you can eat & everything is brought to your table! This is the Grilled Halloumi cheese,
Cheese & Pepper Croquettes, Steak Tartare, Stuffed pepper, Cheese Pie &
Beet salad.
