Damian, I wish I had seen you and wow good for you to swim over to Alcatraz--very impressive. I liked #AMIA2024 very much but sad I didn't get to talk to everyone.

Every time I travel to a conference, I try to stay active (usually by running) This year at #AMIA2024, a friend convinced me to swim from Alcatraz to SF. I was hesitant at first (I am not a great ow swimmer), but it turned out to be one of the best experiences I ever had as a swimmer

I’ve been sort of on Threads for a while now, but haven’t really put energy in. My plan for #AMIA2024 was to try both, but I found myself gravitating toward bluesky, maybe for the familiar interface? And ability to use >1 hashtag.
