When I thought back to when I learned how Akari's story ended in Epicocity's "Love in the Time of Trepidation," I had two ideas about her character: "Ronin" (Genshin Impact's Kazuha) and "Ghost" (Jin of Ghost of Tsushima).

This is the full page of my drawing of Akari based on her character in the #Ancienverse fanfiction series. My original idea was to draw Akari posed like Jin from the cover art of "Ghost of Tsushima," only it would be a mirror version.
Didn't follow through, but I do like how I completed this piece.

Even though Juliana's character in the current Paldea trilogy wasn't inspired by "The World Ends With You," I still have protagonist Neku Sakuraba as my inspiration for drawing Juliana. Maybe a bit of Rindo since his face is more visible than original Neku's.

"Ronin" refer to masterless samurai. I will add more information in another post.
