Art of Iceland from Hetalia (I've recently become a little nostalgic for this series). He holds his pet puffin on one hand and the puffin's ribbon in the other hand. The green lines come from an abandoned piece on another layer, I just messed with the colours and put it on a multiply layer and sent it to the top.
