Enigmatic and polite. If not downright obnoxious. Loki's theatric with his gestures as are his words poetic. Not too cryptic that he's hard to understand but he's like an enthusiastic scholar that you sometimes want him to shut up.
He can be aloof, it all depends on how you meet.
