Nice to be back to armour smithing regularly and improving on my previous articulation work. This is loosely based on a 15th century gauntlet and is a prototype for some armour inspired jewellery I may start selling.

Been working on the gorget for nemesis and took a second crack at repousse. Got a lot more detail to add and chasing to do from the front side but im super happy with it so far.

Working on a prototype for a Hema group. This is in 1.5mm steel. Be adding a flared waist and tassets soon. Trying to keep it simple because they wanted something more budget end.

Adding another skill to the repertoire. Decided to give repousse a go to make the belt centre for Nemesis. Very happy with how this is going so far but a lot of cleanup needed.

The main body of nemesis's breastplate. Is done. A couple of decorative pieces to add but its all riveted. Needs a final polish too.

The upper breastplate for Nemesis is finally nearly done (after restarting twice) top two plates are riveted. Rest needs some more sanding and polishing. Also have the last bottom bit and a bit of edge trim to sort.
