Self portrait where the top half of the head is replaced with a misshapen maw, fangs sprouting from the hole, and along the neck and shoulders. Eyes have sprouted on the left side of the neck and more than a dozen eyes of different shapes and sizes hover unblinking over the head, staring in all directions.
