I know it’s not just universities that struggle with this, but I think this basically sums up the role of #AssDeans

I was recently selected for University of Alabama's Emerging Leaders Program, which focuses on developing knowledge and skills related to academic administration. It's so cool that this will also benefit my scholarship on faculty. And I'm already thinking about starting the next #assdeans account.
