#astrachronicles ik i've talked about it a bunch, but Astra's giant gash on her lower abdomen from fighting Zenos was so gnarly that it took an entire month for it to heal properly. Even then, it left a large, jagged and luminescent scar in it's wake. I have some old art of it's appearance I dug up!

#astrachronicles Astra's raw strength (and some massive greatswords) carried her a lot of the way through her journey, so she never needed to. The Light, later on, granted her the ability to summon any weapon from her arsenal at will. Once she got the hang of it, she truly became a force of nature.

It went in stages. The 1st stage, which is the permanent one Astra has to this day, gave her bright white limbal rings and tipped her horns and tail white. These also glow faintly, as does the highlights in her hair whenever she's flustered or angry.🧵

#astrachronicles It REALLY depends on who's saying it. Astra's fine with Aethis calling her a lizard because she knows it's always done just as light teasing/joking around.

She's hurt or even killed knights in Ishgard over it, though; every time it's happened with them, it's usually malicious.

to be more specific, the idea of Astra becoming permanently afflicted with some degree of Light poisoning stuck in my brain so badly it wouldn't leave. now she is forever my traumatized babygirl and I love her so so very much

#astrachronicles Her drink of choice is sake if it's available, but Astra's taken a liking to all sorts of alcohol on her travels, no matter how bitter or sweet they can be. A personal second favorite is a good whiskey or cocktail whipped up by Aethis, though.

#astrachronicles Astra's tribe on the Azim Steppe was destroyed. She found out coming back after a hunt and decided, then and there, to leave the Steppe entirely, since most everything and everyone she ever really cared about was reduced to nothing. She had not a thing tethering her there anymore.

#astrachronicles While Astra does own a set of it, it’s not what she wore upon arriving in Ul’dah! It didn’t feel like the right gear for the rugged nomad vibe I was going for with her, and tbh I can’t really see her as the type to wear dresses much…she does wear the pantalettes a lot to bed though.

#astrachronicles Astra hasn't because of infertility issues passed down by her mother. She's fine with it though; considering her life, it's not the kind of thing she'd want to bring a child into.

After EW, well...getting pregnant becomes even less of a concern when you were nearly cleaved in two.

Oh Astra's eyes glow alright. They didn't always, but once SHB happened those damn things can glow like fucking high beams lol
Similarly to her horns and the tip of her tail, they get brighter when she's reached an emotional peak, like if she's pissed off or flustered.

#astrachronicles Astra's not really picky, willing to try anything at least once, and can't really say with any confidence that she outright hates any foods. The single solitary exception is archon loaf, and panaloaf by association.

To balance it out, she can't keep to herself about how bad it is.
