This compilation serves to bring musicians together for a purpose greater than our individual pursuits. We aim to transcend political differences and opinions, and to turn our attention to the common thread that binds us all - our humanity. As of today, 4/05/2024 1 in 50 children in Gaza have been killed or injured. Ten's of thousands of children in Gaza have been killed. Ten's of thousands children are unaccompanied or separated from their parents. An estimated 1.7 million people are displaced. The United Nations states - “Every child has the right to health, education and protection, and every society has a stake in expanding children's opportunities in life." Any support you give to this effort will help foster safer and better living conditions for the children of Palestine. - - - About the Tracks - - - Most recordings* included here, are exclusive to this release and are not available on any streaming services, or albums. Each artist that has donated a track to this compilation has done so out of support for the cause at hand. Though a protest song is well at home here, when inviting artists to join the compilation we did not require that submissions be topical or limited to a specific theme, subject or vibe. Please keep this in mind as you listen, as it can sometimes be easy to attribute meaning to a lyric where maybe there is none.
