It's late, warm, and I find myself thinking about #Writing. The whole #AuthorsJourney thing has not been what I expected so far. From the outside having a book in print looks like a target to aim for, a one and done action. But in truth it's a pathworking, not a tick box exercise. Still fun though.

I road-tripped to a few key places from my new manuscript before the final polish.
Revisiting them after writing lets me see these places through my characters’ eyes.
I didn’t know them before—but now I do, and I can experience the world as they would.
