Very chuffed to be back in Wargames Illustrated magazine again with an article about putting together a Trojan Wars project in 6mm! #wargamesillustratedmagazine #wargaming #miniatures #mogsymakes #midgardheroicbattles #trojanwars #baccus6mm #rapierminiatures #levenminiatures
Great atmosphere in the cafe as ever and delicious cakes to distract from the loss of Gauls! #letsxcapetogether #letsxcapecafe #commandandcolorsancients #baccus6mm #wargaming #6mmwargames #mogsymakes
An update on my Teeny Tiny Trojan Wars project that I’m hoping to have ready for May - minis, mat, terrain, black ships and mini Troy! mogsymakes.net/2024/04/14/t... #wargaming #6mmwargaming #trojanwar #baccus6mm #levenminiatures #rapierminiatures #mogsymakes
From 28mm to 6mm…spreading basing goop on the teeny tiny Trojans’ unit bases without submerging Hector (though it’s tempting to bury Paris’ feet) #wargaming #6mmwargaming #6mmminiatures #baccus6mm #rapierminiatures #mogsymakes
Progress! Every teeny tiny mini is now stuck down. One thing that makes small scale minis so appealing is the ability to model formations onto a base. At front left we see the Myrmidons preparing to give Hector a wedgie. #baccus6mm #wargaming #6mmwargaming #rapierminiatures #trojanwar #mogsymakes
Painting is finished so it’s time to base up the 6mm Trojan Wars project en masse #baccusminiatures #baccus6mm #rapierminiatures #trojanwar #wargaming #6mmwargaming #mogsymakes
3/5 Minis in these photos are by Galloping Major, Gripping Beast, Baccus, Rapier & Perry Miniatures - all great companies to deal with. #jhbackdrops #mogsymakes #gallopingmajorminiatures #perryminiatures #grippingbeast #rapierminiatures #baccus6mm

Specially for @Olvekr and @GHKiplesund ! Spent the weekend going through my lead mountain - I had forgotten my early Great Northern War Norwegians Infantry & Cavalry - and that I had the Danish Infantry for 1710 block painted ready for basing! #baccus6mm
Just got an order from #Baccus6mm , look at these armed peasants! Lovely stuff!
Test bases for Lund 1676 done, 3 regiments, 8 squadrons with some snowy bases. I think they pass and what a fantastic range from #Baccus6mm #Scanianwar.
Good second session on those Russian Dragoons for the Poltava 1709 project. Good enough to base up this weekend! The palette this time some tea with spicy-sweet organic bliss - lemon, ginger and manuka honey! #baccus6mm #poltava1709
Had some odd strips enough to make some generic armed townspeople bases for 18th century stuff. When the town people make a stand. Some detailing and bases to be finished.. ... #baccus6mm
The results of the vote were 58% to the Danes vs 42% for the Saxons to fight the Swedes in our Great Northern War Christmas Battle! Have to find the Snowy trees now! Thanks for voting! #Baccus6mm
I love that first hit of the Swedish Gå-På attack, managed succesfully to charge in with all units in beautiful harmony and it did not take long to rout the Saxons. Yes you guessed it, I rolled as a flippin god as I was testing a GNW battle playing solo! #baccus6mm
Thanks to @battlegames patreon podcast and @VeteranWargamer ’s latest podcast I got some Cossacks painted for the Poltava Battle. 117 in One sitting but then they did go on for some time! Next the nutbrown ink magic! #baccus6mm
Really happy how the miniatures for the small and compact 6mm Kirbekan 1885 project came out. Next some terrain and as always some further thoughts in the latest blog in the link below. Hope it is of some interest #kirbekan1885 #Baccus6mm ...

WIP - Started to slowly paint some 6mm Camel Corps units for the Kirbekan 1885 battle! Broke the camels back by painting them first! They are actually Dromedaries the Little One tells me, but also known as the Arabian Camel! #kirbekan1885 #baccus6mm
The quickshade for 6mm, Windsor & Newton Ink 954 Nut Brown. Always works well and enhances the splashed on acrylics!, and enhances the overall spectacle! Limited hobby time this weekend as my eyes are doing some trickery - hope it is just temporary! #joyofPoltava1709 #Baccus6mm
