It's been a tough decision, but after 11 years, I have changed 1st claim clubs
So hills and off road for my inaugral run , just brilliant for someone who loves tarmac and flat 😃. Worth if for the views

The longest day gave a beautiful backdrop and the privelege of us setting off a local runner on his 50 mile run,after a 200 m bike ride (to be clear,I did NOT run the full 50,6 was enough for us)
He didn't even stop for a photo.He's a machine
