I just went to Balticon for the first time & had a blast!!! 🔥
It was sooo fun and there was a lot to do! I sat in as many panels as I could & still missed some I wanted to see. Really strikes home how essential it is to get off the computer, drag myself outside, and go meet real people.

Back in the day, Boomer volunteers were called Go-fers. They fed us cheap hot dogs and we were happy to see Asimov.
This year a gourmet chef volunteered to feed us! The man's a master!
We still do this for love, but good food doesn't hurt.
