@oneunited.bsky.social I never received my debit card in the mail. Somebody committed fraud with it. One United Bank refused to refund the full amount even after multiple calls and now I had to file a case with the NYS Dept of Financial Services. Do better! #fraud #customerservicefail #bankfail
