A unit of painted Beast Snagga Orks next to a unit of assembled but unpainted Kommandos. There is a pile of spare Beast Snagga bits in front of them that will be used to kit bash the Kommandos to be more Beast Snagga in appearance.
Kommandos + Spare Beast Snaggas Bits = ?
The Kommandos kit is fantastic, no notes, but I'm going to tweak them a bit to get a little extra cohesion with my Beast Snagga Orks. Maybe I can even paint them up before #Orktober ends!

A group of Beast Snagga Boys painted and based. While most of the models are painted in various greens, there are also some purple, red, and blue orks.
Some uv dem boyz look a bit funny, but dey all krump da same, y'know?
Finally finished these boyz. I don't want to talk about how long it took, but I did learn a LOT in the process. Some choice closeups to follow soon™️.

5 Beast Snagga Orks are lined up on a piece of display terrain, a stip of road. Each Ork has a different skin color, from left to right: Warm Green, Red, Blue, Dark Cool Green, Purple. They are still works in progress, lacking detail on the white armor, metals, leather straps, and base.
Last WIP on this batch of #BeastSnagga #Orks before I power through to the finish. That last 10% always takes the longest. Lot's of happenings outside the hobby the last 2 weeks, hopefully those chill out and let me focus.

Finished up this #BeastSnagga. A few touch ups I might go back for, but I'm very happy with this. Still a lot of work in the rest of the unit, but I can see huge improvement since painting the Nob (which I now regret doing first).

More WIP, more 🟪 skin tone. I'm thinking the highlight looks a little chalky, might need to mix in a warmer highlight color. Even as-is, it's one of my best faces yet, certainly my best lips.

Last WIP, almost done with this Nob. I'm really happy with the purple and orange 🟪🟧, as well as the weathering, though I probably went overboard to compensate for the bad coverage of the white 😅. Just the fur, base, and some minor touch ups left.

Another WIP since it might be a few days before I can make more progress. Getting the rest of the basing done before I do anymore highlights. I still have to do the straps and some of the skulls. Hopefully I can make my purple accents really pop.
