I started the first full day of Spring with the Five Star NTP Hop into Spring to benefit Georgia House Rabbit Society. Although I was slowed down by the pollen, I was the first woman over 60 (senior grandmaster) to finish. #TeamBeef #beefongeorgiasmind

The Georgia Marble Festival 5K should not be taken for granite! Maybe one of fastest courses in North Ga, few turns, no extreme hills, & enough rolling terrain to be interesting. Did better than any other 2025 races ;finished 1st in age group. I had a marbleous time! #TeamBeef #beefongeorgiasmind

The DaffodilDash5K was on March 30. I don't normally wear glasses to run races, but I was having problems with an eye infection. The pollen in Brook Run Park made this race seem harder than previous years. I was surprised to find I finished first in my age group. #TeamBeef #beefongeorgiasmind

I ran the Cocoa Classic 5k Run February 22 in Sandy Springs. Rolling course with a few nasty hills. I managed to get first place. Instead of a shirt, finishers got a nifty YETI cup. It was cold and windy, so the hot cocoa served after the race was especially delicious. #TeamBeef #beefongeorgiasmind
