I agree with you. I also said that during social events where people often order fast food, I intend to opt for the unhealthy option. It can feel a little awkward to bring something healthier bc everyone else is eating the same thing and it’s kind of the “normal” choice for that situation.

One barrier I relate to is the expected consumption of unhealthy foods in social situations. During study sections or familly gathering, where most of the food that’s available is pizza,snacks or soda. Even if I want healthier options, it feels normal to eat the same as everyone else.
