Homemade hummus with #boldbeans queen chickpeas, #belazu tahini, oil, lemon, a fuckton of garlic, parsley, flaked salt. With baby plum tomatoes.

4 bowls of tricolore fusilli with bacon, tandoori salmon, spring onions, fresh dill, fresh coriander (cilantro in US). Two bowls have a dollop of truffle and artichoke pesto on top, ready to be mixed in. The other two bowls have a dollop of black summer truffle pesto on top.

The bag of dry pasta and two jars of pesto, waiting to be conjured up into something magical.

Ocado currently charging the same price for both products, but the Belazu product contains 165g whereas the Sacla product only has 90g. So the Sacla product is significantly more expensive but didn't taste any better to us. Both contain pine nuts. The Sacla product contains cashews which the Belazu product doesn't. The Sacla product had a thicker and gloopier consistency. We preferred the taste of the Belazu product and it also offers better value for money, in our opinion.

We had one bowl each with #Belazu truffle and artichoke pesto mixed in, one bowl each with #Sacla black summer truffle mixed in.

Belazu won!
