(사진=언코어) 이번 투어는 서울에서 먼저 선보인 ‘비욘드 유어 아이즈’ 공연을 기반으로, 일본 현지로 무대를 확장한 형태로 진행됐다. 서울에서 출발한 공연 콘셉트와 구성이 일본 무대에 맞춰 이어지며, 클로즈 유어 아이즈의 활동 반경이 넓어지는 과정을 보여줬다. 공연의 중심에는 팀명을 떠올리게 하는 ‘눈’이 주요 키워드로 자리했다. 무대마다 이 키워드를 다양한 방식으로 풀어낸 구성이 더해지면서, 전체 공연 흐름이 하나의 이야기처럼 연결됐다. 특히 VCR과 무대 연출, 퍼포먼스가 서로 맞물리는 구성으로 팬들의 집중도를 끌어올렸다. 각 곡마다 다른 분위기와 감정선을 드러내는 무대 배치가 이어지면서, 관객은 한 공연 안에서도 여러 결의 장면을 차례로 접했다. 세트리스트 역시 클로즈 유어 아이즈의 색깔을 드러내는 방향으로 짜였다. 데뷔곡 ‘내 안의 모든 시와 소설은’을 비롯해 ‘스노이 서머(Snowy Summer)’, ‘페인트 캔디(Paint Candy)’, ‘X’, ‘SOB’ 등 그간 사랑을 받아온 타이틀곡들이 공연 전반을 채웠다. 여기에 ‘시크(CHIC)’, ‘2.0’처럼 이번 공연에서 처음 선보이는 곡도 포함되며 팬들에게 새로운 볼거리를 제공했다. 알려진 곡과 첫 공개 곡을 한 무대에 배치해 과거 활동과 현재 진행형 음악을 함께 확인할 수 있는 구성이다. 공연 후반부에는 미발매 신곡 무대가 이어지며 분위기를 전환했다. 단체곡 ‘베스트 라이프(Best Life)’와 형 라인 전민욱, 마징시앙, 장여준, 김성민이 함께한 유닛곡 ‘네임리스(Nameless)’, 막내 라인 송승호, 켄신, 서경배가 꾸민 유닛곡 ‘레모네이드(Lemonade)’가 차례로 선보여졌다. 이 세 곡은 단체와 유닛으로 나뉜 구성이어서 멤버 개개인의 매력과 팀 안에서의 역할을 보다 선명하게 드러냈다. 단체 무대와 형·막내 라인의 유닛 무대가 이어지며 퍼포먼스형 보이그룹으로서의 면모를 강조하는 데도 쓰였다. 현지 팬들과의 소통 방식도 눈에 띄었다. 클로즈 유어 아이즈는 공연 중간마다 일본어 멘트를 건네며 객석과 직접 대화를 이어갔다. 팬들을 향한 세심한 팬 서비스와 여유 있는 무대 매너가 더해져 무대와 관객석 사이의 거리를 좁혔다. 이 같은 흐름 속에서 공연장 분위기는 마지막까지 뜨겁게 이어졌다. 일본어로 전하는 진솔한 마음과 퍼포먼스를 병행하며, 현장에 모인 팬들은 환호로 화답했다. 서울 콘서트에 이어 일본 투어까지 마친 클로즈 유어 아이즈는 소속사 언코어를 통해 소감도 전했다. 이들은 “첫 일본 투어를 위해 힘써주신 모든 스태프 여러분께 다시 한번 감사하다는 말씀을 드리고 싶다”며 스태프에 대한 고마움을 먼저 언급했다. 이어 “무엇보다 클로저(공식 팬덤명) 덕분에 투어를 무사히 마칠 수 있었다. 도쿄부터 오사카까지 매 공연마다 행복한 기억을 만들어 주셔서 감사하다”라고 말하며 팬들에게 인사를 전했다. 도시별 공연을 함께한 팬들을 직접 언급해 투어 여정을 함께한 이들의 존재를 짚었다. ‘비욘드 유어 아이즈’는 서울에서 시작해 일본 3개 도시를 거치며 클로즈 유어 아이즈의 무대 장악력과 에너지를 드러낸 공연으로 자리했다. 이번 일본 투어는 이들이 글로벌 활동을 본격화하는 과정에서 중요한 이정표 구실을 한 일정으로 남았다.
