Smote are another band perhaps best experienced live but this was played a lot this year #BestOf24

A pole of torture / meat hooks / fun times hangs across a red silk sheet with a slick leather gloved hand waiting or hoping at the side.

Can never remember if albums came out this year or the last or maybe decades ago but that’s for the magazines. But my #BestOf24 are things new to me & this Dame Area album almost caught the ferocity & fun of their live show.
