25% of 2020 VA Dem voters didn't show up in 2021. It was mostly a response to the state Dem Party putting up a crappy candidate for Gov. & assuming voters would turn out for anyone. Maybe the voters need to get involved at the earlier phase of deciding who will run. #BetterCandidates
