Just seen the Spokes (the bike advocacy group here in Ōtepoti) submission for the long term DCC plan. It's really good! 😀

Obviously a big focus on bike lanes, but also where we can save money (parking!) and how we can grow the rate base (density housing in the city! 🌇). #betterthingsarepossible
