This was us boarding our 10 hour flight home from Europe. You can see how flying takes a lot out of me.
Maybe it's the claustrophobia or bad air or lack of movement. I don't have solutions for these issues besides buffering 1-2 days if recovery in either side.

The C6 cycle highway was my favorite route in London.
Easiest to follow and highest comfort level.
