A curious finding during #bipoAEEP
Embolization agents found between the capsule and the adenoma in a pt that had this procedure 2 years ago but still was symptomatic.
It was soft, had no problems cutting it.

Just to express the unique feeling of satisfaction when the pts come to the f-up visit after #bipoAEEP
