Achievements from Blood Bar Tycoon Elder Mode. The most recent is "Throne of Blood: Earn 3 Stars on every level in Elder Mode. 0.2% of players have this." Then "Crimson Shore Club: Clear Level 6 in Elder Mode: 0.2% of Players have this." Then finally "The Scarlet Harvest: Clear Level 5 in Elder Mode: 0.2% of players have this." All of them have a skull with no jaw and a stylized mohawk. The Throne of Blood achievement is gold rather than purple like the others with three stars above the skull instead of the number matching the level below the skull. All three have a golden light radiating from behind them.
