The Ocean Pact, as it stands, fails to link the bad status of European seas to human activities on land and at sea.
By addressing these gaps and using our #BlueManifesto as a roadmap, the @ec.europa.eu and EU could strengthen its position and demonstrate leadership at the upcoming #UNOC.
