In the early 2010s I worked somewhere that used Bomgar. Top notch remote support tool. The year I left that job Bomgar was purchased by a private equity firm and has cycled through many iterations of PIs since then. Currently it is practically useless.

#franciscopartners and #beyondtrust and #bomgar have turned what was once a great remote support app into an almost entirely non-functional piece of junk. I can't believe how good this used to be compared to now. It is barely functional.
