Opened 10 years after harvesting, it offers a nose that I would like to be able to define as crazy. It starts with notes reminiscent of Mosel Riesling, moves to pastry and especially candied notes, closing the mouth with a "textbook" acidity with notes of mango, pineapple. #bonnezeaux #loirevalley
