After our call, I received an email-address to interact with. My email to that address was ignored until I called again. To add insult to injury, your agent then told me on the phone that you will not cover the full difference in expenses, "because [I] did not immediately contacted you to dispute your offer of a partial payment." Conveniently, all in-system messages for that booking are now unavailable to me in your web-interface.”
