How can Tories even begin to discuss easing 'lockdown' when there has never been a day during the pandemic where 'key test 4' has been met - 'testing and PPE able to meet demand' despite them lying through the teeth about it? #BorisSpeech
It is impossible to claim we have 'sufficient critical care capacity across the UK' if care givers do not have the PPE they need to do their job safely.
